HOW TO ORDER

Here’s how to purchase your own BAS.

1. Browse through our catalogue and find the BAS you like!
2. Click ‘Add to Cart’
3. Check out your order/s and fill in the necessary information.
4. Take note of the instructions on how to process your payment:

1. Click ‘Complete order’ to finish your check out. An order confirmation email will be sent to you with a summary of your order and the amount.
2. Pay via Lyka gems to the_bas_shop .Remember to keep a proof of payment or receipt!
3. Email your payment receipt with your name, order number and contact details to d2canymindgroup+thebasshop@gmail.com
4. We will send you a payment confirmation email within two working days from the date of your payment.
5. We will send you another e-mail once your order is sent out for delivery.

*Prices of the items do not include shipping fee

WHAT TO DO WHEN RECIEVING ORDERS
Always make sure to take a full video opening the pouch to the item itself so that if the items are damaged/missing you can provide proof. we do not allow photos only as proof since items can be tampered.

RETURNS AND REFUND

We only allow refunds/returns if the items are damaged/defective/missing.
